Dear Alumni...

This is an appeal to "you all." Production of the newsletter takes a lot of time. Fortunately, I am retired and have time to devote to production that I truly enjoy. There are certain tasks that have to be completed each month following the posting of the newsletter.

Over the past year, most everyone on our mail list has received a birthday card, anniversary card or both. We have manufactured, over a lengthy period of time, two lists...one for anniversaries...one for birthdays. When new readers ask to be included on our mail list, what we normally do is sent a prefab note. At the same time, the new reader is added to our master list on excel and added to the mail list at hotmail. In the note, we ask for birthday, anniversary and spousal information. When the information is sent, the lists have to be updated.
