Were you classmates at HHS? Yes, up until the middle of Junior Year when Bob moved to Lindenhurst

Where did you meet? How long ago? We lived next door to each other on Richard Avenue in 1961, 53 years ago

Married How Long? Date Married: 47 years, we married on January 14, 1967. Bob was leaving for the Air Force in March so we moved up our wedding date.

Children/Grandchildren: Two grown daughters and three grandchildren (ages 3, 17, and 20)

Where do you currently live? New Braunfels , TX between Austin and San Antonio just where the Hill Country begins in Texas.

Favorite Subject in High School: Business Courses

Name of my Favorite Teacher: Mr. Bill Salver

Favorite Place to meet Friends Outside of School: Mid Island Plaza either at Pizza D'Amour or JJ Newberry

Favorite Non-Academic School Club or Activity: Working in the School Office

Occupation/Trade/Profession: I had been in Banking for many years. I was the Manager at First National Bank of LI, Greenvale for several years. I was the Executive Assistant for the County Judge , Hays County , San Marcos , TX . I'm retired now.

Education Beyond High School : American Institute of Banking Diploma

Military Service: Joined my husband in his military assignments ' 30 years Air Force and 14 more with the Texas State Guard, Adjutant General's Department

Hobbies/Pastimes: Travel, playing Bridge, gardening, Meals on Wheels volunteer, Church activities

One thing that no one knows about me is: The Governor of Texas recognized my service to the Texas Military Forces as a "Yellow Rose of Texas "

Now the hard one. Tell us what we need to know'50 years in the space below:

We lived in many places over the years, mostly in the Northeast U.S. and London , England . Bob's career brought us to Texas on a few occasions where we retired and have settled down into a comfortable life with our daughters' families nearby. My older brother John, AKA 'Skip' retired from the Army and he and his family live about two hours north of us. I have really enjoyed staying in touch with many of my classmates and am looking forward to the Class of 1964 50th Reunion . Life is Good!

Finally, if you had to do it all over again: I would' have bought a summer home on the North Fork (far East End) of Long Island .
