willia14BillAnnette & BillMy friends in high school called me Billy.

After graduation, I attended military college... Maryland University and New York Institute of Technology. I also did a four-year tour of duty with the United States Air Force.

After the six years of college, I worked three years with the United Nations. Then I began an 18-year career with the Suffolk County, New York police department. I was forced to retire at 18 years because of an injury sustained on the job.

From 1994 until earlier this year, I was a security consultant to the European Union living in Belgium .

I am married to Annette for 25 years and we have one child and two grandchildren.

My hobbies are boxing, golf and swimming.
