Always enjoy the newsletter and applaud you along with the staff on a fantastic job.

I wrote to you a while back explaining health problems that Vietnam vets were having
that were related to "Agent Orange" exposure. I saw it mentioned in the newsletter and hopefully someone benefited. I have continually been informing all Vietnam vets that I meet and find that a very large percentage aren't fully aware of the effects of Agent Orange exposure, nor are they aware of the help that's afforded by the VA.

Every veteran that spent a minimum of 1 day in Vietnam on official business is eligible for Agent Orange screening and health care through the Veterans Administration. Of the many diseases that are related the most common seem to be prostate cancer and type 2 diabetes.

I am more than willing to be contacted by anyone who wants more information and some guidance on processing a claim and getting screened. Most of the Agent Orange problems become apparent to individuals at 55 years old and up. Prostate cancer symptoms normally show up 5 years after its beginning, therefore it is highly curable with early detection.

Perhaps you can add a category for Vietnam Vets in your newsletter and put my email address and cell phone number for anyone who wants more info. I would be happy to assist.
