Prepartions
were made to wash the Memorial stones, to put it in pristine condition,
once we have approval from Hicksville Schools on the Memorial's
Dedication date. Aside from
this, there was no new
activity in April. Following
is a copy of our most current report: Fund
Raising: The List of Current Donors now stands at 222.
Total receipts are now $41,403.
Expenses to complete the Memorial have totaled $35,592, leaving
us a balance of $5,811 for future needs.
Additional donations will be used to cover Dedication Ceremony
expenses and future Memorial maintenance. All donors (individuals, couples and
groups) are listed alphabetically at the end of this update. If you have yet to donate, or
wish to make an additional donation, your generosity will be very much
appreciated! You can still
become part of the Memorial by sparing as little as $10 for this worthy
cause to recognize your fellow alumni who served our Great Country! Remember, all donations are
